been passed (House Bill 1040, Act 48, Spring 2007)

retail shopping devices, in particular, shopping
carts. While not limited to one state, but a
recognized national problem through other studies, our
equipment delivers a safe and effective solution to
this concern while presenting itself in an attractive,
interesting, effective and customer friendly manner.
 Our
system is safe for the consumer and simple to operate
by the store personnel or shopper. The units are
computer controlled with safety shutdown systems and
pose no significant hazard to toddlers or the
operator.
